In February 2019, the world turned its eyes to Abu Dhabi for an event of historic proportions: the Global Conference of Human Fraternity. For the first time ever, a Pope visited the Arabian Peninsula, marking a monumental milestone for tolerance and interfaith dialogue. In a context of such global significance, where every word carried immense weight, flawless communication was not an option—it was an absolute necessity. The event was attended by world leaders including His Holiness Pope Francis, H.E. the Grand Imam of Al Azhar Dr. Ahmed Al Tayeb, and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The challenge was twofold:

1. Multi-Language Simultaneous Interpreting: To provide real-time, error-free interpretation in the Italian-English-Spanish language combinations for the Holy Father’s address during the Interreligious Meeting.
