On February 18, 2025, the Capital Markets Forum (CMF) launched its landmark edition at the KAFD Conference Centre in Riyadh, attracting prominent investors, financial leaders, and policymakers from across the globe. With the theme “Powering Connections,” the event emphasized Saudi Arabia’s growing influence as a global financial hub and provided a vital platform to explore investment trends, capital markets development, and Vision 2030-driven reforms.

Langpros was selected as the official interpreting partner for the main conference day, delivering a hybrid multilingual solution that combined Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI) with AI-powered language access, ensuring inclusivity and reach across a diverse international audience.

Objectives

• Provide professional RSI services for on-site attendees and livestream viewers in Arabic and Chinese, the event’s two key languages.
• Enhance multilingual inclusivity by offering AI-based interpreting in eight additional languages.
• Provide feed to integrate the interpretation into the client’s live streaming setup across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Deliver a cost-effective solution that balances linguistic precision, scalability, and audience accessibility.

Solution

Langpros delivered a two-tiered multilingual architecture tailored for both high-stakes human interpreting and innovative AI-based language support:

• Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI):
  A team of professional  interpreters, handpicked for their financial market expertise provided live interpretation in Arabic and Chinese from remote booths, by working in Europe and the UAE. The interpretation was streamed directly into the event hall for approximately 100 on-site attendees via a mobile app, ensuring clear, real-time communication.
• Livestream Integration:
  The RSI feed was also embedded into the official CMF livestreams on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, expanding accessibility to a global virtual audience.
• AI Interpreting:
  To further broaden language access, Langpros introduced AI interpretation, delivering machine-generated interpretation in eight additional languages:
  • Italian, French, Japanese, Russian, Korean, Hindi, German, Cantonese and Spanish
  • Audiences could access these translations via smartphones or embedded web widgets, allowing multilingual participation without the need for additional headsets or receivers.

This innovative model ensured full coverage for Arabic and Chinese, the most strategic languages, through human interpreters, while AI interpreting dramatically expanded the event’s linguistic footprint at a fraction of the cost, offering excellent value and improved inclusivity.

• Hybrid Integration:
  Synchronizing live RSI audio with multiple streaming platforms required precise audio encoding and coordination with the event’s AV team. Langpros’ technicians collaborated closely with CMF’s broadcast crew to ensure latency-free streaming with real-time interpretation.
