Our client had to translate tender documents and then complete and translate the offer to participate in an important bid for the outsourcing of the visa issue process from embassies around the world.
Challenge
Volumes and deadlines – a short deadline to translate a large amount of words without compromising on quality. Moreover, the assignment came during Christmas/New Year’s eve Holidays.
Solution
A dedicated team of PMs and translators was created ad hoc to manage the project, and documents were shared between different translators with strict guidelines to guarantee consistency in the translation.

53,000 words successfully translated within 15 days according to the deadlines 100% success rate for the offer according to bid requirements and with no mistakes
