At the Saudi Capital Market Forum (SCMF) 2024 in Riyadh, Langpros had the opportunity to showcase our expertise and innovation in the field of interpretation through a high-profile event attended by a diverse, international audience. This case study explores how we harnessed Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) technology to facilitate seamless multilingual communication for both on-site and online participants.

Solution
For SCMF 2024, Langpros utilized RSI technology, employing four senior interpreters specializing in financial terminology – two for Arabic and two for Mandarin. These professionals worked remotely from the UAE and China, ensuring precision and fluency in translation.
- Audience Accessibility: On-site attendees accessed translations through a dedicated smartphone app. Disposable earphones were also distributed to the users before the event. On the other hand, the online audience could select their preferred language (original, Arabic, or English) accessing the video and audio stream via a browser link created by our team.
- Technical Innovation: Our on-site technical setup was streamlined to a single technician equipped with a laptop, sound card, video capturing card, and a 5G router, demonstrating our capability to deliver high-quality service with minimal physical presence.
