  3. Project Management: SM posts are generally very short in terms of content but very challenging in terms of translation effectiveness. On top of that, their translation needs to be delivered within tight deadlines in more than 10 languages and accommodate a full workflow (translation, editing, QA) in full compliance with strict ISO standards.  
  4. Talent Selection and Calibration: While submitting samples in various languages, some did not initially meet the client’s standards, requiring quick adjustments and recalibration to find linguists who best matched their creative expectations.

  3. Sample Refinement and Talent Matching: Langpros provided translation samples across requested languages and, following feedback, refined them with input from additional linguists. This helped align with their expectations and led to the selection of ideal talent for the ongoing project.
  4. Efficient Translation Management: Our use of Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools ensured consistency, reduced turnaround times, and maintained accuracy across languages and platforms.
  5. Scalable Workflow: The service implementation and delivery has been crafted so as to cater to any variation. This was the case recently when 2 new languages, Swedish and Norwegian, were added to the list of monthly requests.
